About ilhui
Ilhui grew up in Mexico, where she saw two things up close: land being degraded, and people around her getting sick from preventable metabolic disease. That early exposure pulled her toward science, health, and sustainability long before she had the words for any of it.
What began as instinct became a multidisciplinary path spanning biology, chemical engineering, biotechnology, nutrition, and longevity science. Along the way, she organized community and environmental initiatives, raised funds for regenerative projects, taught food science to local communities, and conducted research in leading laboratories across Latin America, Europe, and North America.
Across cultures and countries, her work has advanced the same goal: preventive health, sustainability, and biotechnology that reach people who need them.
Today, she brings science, nature, and lived experience together to promote a new paradigm of human well-being one that connects personal health, ecosystems, and technological progress through research and mission-driven ventures.
