What is the approach to natural longevity?
Our health is deeply interconnected with the health of the planet. We cannot attempt to fix one without considering the other. The choices we make in how we live and consume directly impact our own health and that of the Earth.

Reconnecting with our environment and recognizing that we are not separate from it, but intrinsically one with it, plays a vital role in our longevity.
Our environment shapes every dimension of our well-being—from physical activity and time spent outdoors, to finding purpose through reflection in nature, to regulating stress, circadian rhythms, and overall health. This influence also extends to the quality of the air we breathe, the presence of environmental toxins, the strength of our communities, and the integrity of the food systems that sustain healthy societies.
